Frequently asked questions
How do I tell seconds from milliseconds?
Numbers of 100000000000 (one hundred billion) or more are read as milliseconds. Smaller numbers are read as seconds.
Why does a date without a time zone give a different result?
A date such as 2026-10-19 is read as UTC. A date and time without Z, such as 2026-10-19T12:00:00, is read in your local time zone.
